Choose the food and the amount
An entry needs both a food and a quantity. Check that the selected item matches what you ate, including whether it was raw, cooked or packaged.
- Choose grams or a listed portion that matches your meal.
- Include drinks, sauces and other additions when you log them.
- Check the portion before confirming the entry.
Keep a readable record of the day
Log meals in your Journal and review your daily calories. A record is useful when it reflects your day, rather than an ideal meal you meant to eat.
Food search, manual meal entry, daily calories and the nutrition of individual foods are free. You can begin with one meal and build your routine from there.
Go beyond calories when you need to
Protein, carbohydrate and fat values for individual foods are available without Premium. Daily macro totals and nutrition targets are Premium features.
Use the web on a computer or phone, or the Android app from Google Play. Use the same Mizen account to access your tracking across these devices.
