Keep the calculation separate from the conversation
The coach uses available account context and Mizen’s calculations to explain your day. It is not a substitute for a measured quantity, a food record or the app’s nutrition calculation.
If something is missing or a suggestion does not fit, check the underlying information. Review ingredients, portions and your restrictions before using a meal idea.
Keep control of the next step
Asking a question does not automatically add a meal to the Journal or change your goals. Review any idea and confirm your own entries separately.
The coach is a Premium feature with temporary anti-abuse limits: closely spaced or simultaneous requests may be refused. It provides general nutrition guidance; medical concerns and treatment decisions belong with a qualified professional.

Is the AI coach included in free calorie tracking?
No. The coach belongs to Premium. You can still use food search, manual entries and daily calorie tracking without it.
Will the coach add meals or change my goals for me?
Not automatically. A conversation does not itself write a meal to your Journal or change a target. You review and confirm your own actions.
Why might the coach ask me to try again?
Temporary anti-abuse protections may refuse closely spaced or simultaneous requests. Wait before trying again. This is not a fixed daily message allowance.
