Mizen is a mobile app for nutrition information and organization: meal tracking, personalized goals, recipes, programs, and shopping lists. It is published by [legal entity to complete].

2. What Mizen is not

Mizen is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Goals, values, and recommendations shown are informational benchmarks calculated from your declarations and reference databases. If you are under treatment, pregnant, or have a particular condition, consult a health professional before changing your diet.

3. Your account

• You must be of legal age in your country to consent to processing of your data.
• Information you provide must be accurate; it determines your benchmarks.
• Your account is personal. Sign-in uses an email code; do not share these codes.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app.

4. Community features

Invitations, messages, and sharing are for personal, respectful use. Harassment, hateful content, promotion of dangerous eating behaviors, and impersonation are prohibited. We may suspend access to community features in case of breach.

5. Content and ownership

The app, its brand, texts, illustrations, and original recipes belong to the publisher or its partners. Content you create (journal, photos, notes) remains yours; you grant us the right to process it only to provide the service.

6. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without guaranteeing it at all times. Features may evolve; important changes will be communicated to you.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made based on information displayed, or for temporary unavailability of the service.
