Delete account
Deleting your Mizen account takes a few seconds and requires no external form.
From the app
- Open the My profile tab.
- In the Account section, choose Delete my account.
- Confirm. You are signed out on all your devices.
What is deleted
Deletion is permanent: nothing can be restored afterward.
- Your profile, questionnaire answers, and goals.
- Your food journal, analyzed photos, and notes.
- Your preferences, saved recipes, and shopping lists.
- Your circle connections, messages, and shares.
- Your sessions and notification tokens, on all your devices.
If you no longer have access to the app
Write to us from your account email at contact@mizen.fit with the subject Account deletion. We will verify it is you before acting.
