Personal data management
Everything you can do with your data, and where to do it. Most actions are available directly in the app, without contacting us.
View and correct
Your profile, goals, preferences, and exclusions can be edited in My profile. Each journal entry can be corrected or deleted.
Export
From My profile, you can request a copy of your data in a readable format. The export includes your profile, journal, and preferences.
Limit sharing
Circle features share nothing by default. Each permission (day, recipes) is granted and revoked person by person. You can block someone at any time.
Notifications and devices
Notifications can be turned off from My profile. The list of connected devices lets you sign out a device remotely; that also stops its notifications.
Delete
Account deletion is permanent and done from the app. Details are on the Delete account page.
